Job Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and after-sales service for our mechanical equipment (including installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting) in the assigned overseas regions (covering Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with overseas customers to understand their needs, resolve technical issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services.
- document service processes, technical problems, and solutions in detail, and submit regular after-sales service reports to the headquarters.
- Conduct product operation and maintenance training for customers to help them master the correct use of equipment and reduce potential faults.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D, production, and sales teams to feed back customer opinions and on-site technical issues, providing valuable insights for product improvement.
- Comply with the company's overseas work regulations and local laws and regulations, and maintain a good corporate image during on-site service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related majors.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in after-sales service, technical support, or maintenance of mechanical equipment (construction machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial processing equipment, etc.) is preferred; excellent fresh graduates with strong practical ability are also considered.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (or other foreign languages such as Spanish, French, Arabic, etc. depending on the assigned region) to communicate smoothly with overseas customers and work independently.
- Solid professional knowledge, strong hands-on ability, and the ability to quickly identify and solve on-site technical problems.
- Willingness to travel extensively overseas and be stationed in the assigned region for a long time (with regular home leave).
- Good communication skills, customer-oriented awareness, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Holder of a valid passport and no restrictions on overseas travel; having relevant professional certificates (such as mechanical maintenance certificates) is a plus.
