Given the rapid evolution of internet technology, this Agreement cannot exhaustively enumerate all rights and obligations between you and Focus Tech., nor can it fully anticipate future development needs. Accordingly, all other agreements, privacy policies, intellectual property provisions, and similar documents (hereinafter referred to as "Relevant Provisions") published or to be published by Globalinkin Sources through announcements or notices are integral parts of this Agreement, with the same legal effect as the main text.
Individual clauses of this Agreement may be adjusted from time to time based on business requirements. Upon any modification, an updated version will be posted on Globalinkin Sources or notified to you via announcement. Please review the latest User Agreement regularly. Your continued access to or use of Globalinkin Sources and related services following such adjustments constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using all services immediately.
Your acceptance of this Agreement and related rules may be expressed through, but not limited to, the following methods:A. Completing the account registration process by following on-screen instructions, providing required information, and agreeing to this Agreement;B. Activating your account in accordance with email prompts after receiving a registration success notification;C. Verbal or written confirmation via email, telephone, fax, instant messaging software, or formal contract;D. Accepting the "default agreement" clauses in relevant rules by clicking "Agree" or using an equivalent consent mechanism;E. Clicking "Agree" to updated terms or continuing to use services after this Agreement or related rules are revised;F. Accessing or using Globalinkin Sources and related services through any other means;G. Any other mutually acceptable form of consent between you and us.
This Agreement is translated into multiple languages (including but not limited to English, Japanese, French, and Spanish) via translation software. In the event of inconsistencies between different language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Certain pages and services of Globalinkin Sources are only accessible to registered users. By accessing or using Globalinkin Sources and related services, you warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your country/region of residence or where you use the services. If you cannot meet this requirement or disagree with the Agreement, please refrain from using any services.
You must provide true, legal, and valid information during registration and update it promptly if any details change.
Upon successful registration, you will receive a user account and password, for which you are solely responsible. You shall bear all losses resulting from improper password management.
Your username, profile picture, bio, and other information must comply with Chinese laws and regulations, the legal requirements of your country/region, and Globalinkin Sources’ rules. Such information must not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
You are liable for all activities conducted under your registered account. You shall not share, transfer, or allow others to use your account. If you detect unauthorized account access, password breaches, or other security risks, please notify Globalinkin Sources immediately.
Due to the nature of internet services, you acknowledge and agree that information you post on Globalinkin Sources may be viewed by Chinese supplier users, facilitating potential trade transactions. You must strictly comply with import/export control laws, trade restrictions, and economic sanction regulations applicable in China and your country/region. You further warrant that you hold legitimate qualifications for cross-border trade of relevant goods and that your actions will not infringe upon third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property). Globalinkin Sources reserves the right to terminate your account and services immediately upon discovering any violation of these obligations.
When accessing or using Globalinkin Sources and related services, you shall not engage in the following behaviors:(1) Using the platform for illegal activities such as fraud, defamation, pyramid schemes, or selling infringing goods;(2) Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages unrelated to platform services, malicious or provocative content, or commercial advertisements (including spam emails and messages) to other users (suppliers or buyers);(3) Publishing, transmitting, distributing, or storing content (text, images, etc.) that violates Chinese laws or the regulations of your country/region, including but not limited to content that is discriminatory (based on religion, race, or gender), obscene, pornographic, insulting, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or infringing upon third-party rights (e.g., copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or reputation);(4) Impersonating others or creating false identities to mislead or defraud;(5) Collecting other users’ information (including email addresses and user IDs) without prior consent from Globalinkin Sources and the respective users;(6) Transmitting or distributing malware (e.g., computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs) or other programs designed to damage, interfere with, intercept, or misappropriate systems, data, or personal information;(7) Copying, translating, reverse-engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or otherwise modifying Globalinkin Sources’ software or systems;(8) Violating the "Agreement Concerning the Protection of Cross-border Transfer of Suppliers’ Personal Information";(9) Any other acts that breach this Agreement, violate applicable laws, or infringe upon the rights and interests of Globalinkin Sources, Focus Tech., or third parties.
In the event of illegal conduct or breach of this Agreement, Globalinkin Sources may unilaterally suspend or terminate your access to services without prior notice and shall not be liable for any resulting losses. Globalinkin Sources reserves the right to pursue legal remedies regardless of the reason for suspension or termination.
When using our services, you may access or utilize artificial intelligence (AI)-related products or services. By using such AI Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:(1) You shall comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and your country/region. You shall not input, generate, or disseminate content that is illegal, harmful, or prohibited by applicable laws, regulations, or public morality through the AI Services.(2) All outputs from the AI Services are generated by AI models and may contain errors or omissions. Such outputs are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. In particular, when using the Services for medical, legal, financial, or other professional purposes, you acknowledge that the outputs do not represent professional opinions, recommendations, warranties, or commitments. You shall consult qualified professionals for expert advice and make decisions accordingly. You shall not rely on AI outputs as the basis for any actions or inactions and shall bear sole responsibility for all consequences arising from such reliance (including risks related to authenticity, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or fitness for purpose). You agree to understand and use generative AI technology in a scientific, rational, and legal manner.(3) For AI-generated or AI-synthesized content ("AI Content") provided to you, we will add prominent identifiers in accordance with applicable laws (e.g., a notice on the interface indicating AI generation). If downloading, exporting, or copying functions are provided, we will also add implicit identifiers as required by law. Unless otherwise agreed, you shall retain all identifiers when using AI Content and shall not maliciously delete, alter, forge, or conceal them. If AI Content is provided without prominent identifiers at your request or based on your settings, you shall add legally required prominent identifiers (e.g., watermarks for images or disclaimers for non-authentic content) when copying, downloading, publishing, or otherwise using such content, and shall bear independent liability for all uses of AI Content.
You acknowledge that Globalinkin Sources contains a large volume of user-generated content (including text, images, videos, and external links) which may involve risks or defects. While we have established content review systems in accordance with laws and rules to protect your legitimate rights and interests, we cannot individually verify the authenticity, accuracy, safety, or legality of all user-posted information due to the separation of online information and physical goods. You shall exercise due diligence when evaluating such information and bear all risks associated with using the platform. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from reliance on user-generated content. If you encounter false, inaccurate, unsafe, or illegal information, please contact us via the "Contact Globalinkin Sources" link at the bottom of the PC homepage.
To provide personalized recommendation services, you agree that we may send you commercial advertisements, updates on suppliers and products, and other necessary service notifications (via system messages, SMS, email, etc.), or display personalized third-party promotional content. You may opt out of such communications through the unsubscribe function.
You warrant that all content you post on Globalinkin Sources (including text, images, videos, and links) complies with the laws and regulations of China and your country/region. You shall bear full responsibility for any legal penalties or liabilities arising from non-compliant content. Globalinkin Sources shall not be held liable for such violations.
Globalinkin Sources shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your access to or use of the platform and related services, nor does it guarantee service outcomes. We shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with any part of our services, you must cease using them.
Due to differences in laws, regulations, and policies across countries, Globalinkin Sources may use technical measures to restrict access to content that violates the laws of the user’s country/region. As a result, service availability and content display may vary for users in different countries. This does not constitute a breach of contract, and Globalinkin Sources shall not be held liable for such variations.
You shall bear full responsibility for all losses, claims, or penalties arising from illegal conduct, violations of platform rules, or infringement of third-party rights during your use of Globalinkin Sources. You shall also indemnify Globalinkin Sources for any losses incurred (including but not limited to direct/indirect damages and reasonable expenses such as legal fees, transportation costs, notary fees, and translation fees) resulting from your actions.
In the event of disputes (including but not limited to product quality, trade, or intellectual property disputes) between you and third parties (suppliers, buyers, or other users) on Globalinkin Sources, you or the third party may resolve the dispute through:(1) Direct negotiation with the opposing party;(2) Filing a complaint with Globalinkin Sources;(3) Reporting to relevant government authorities;(4) Arbitration in accordance with any existing arbitration agreement with the opposing party;(5) Litigation in a competent court;(6) Any other mutually agreed method.
If you file a complaint with Globalinkin Sources, you acknowledge that we, as an independent third party, will make a decision (including temporary/permanent account termination, permanent platform ban, or forfeiture of service fees) based on available facts and platform rules. We reserve the right to decide whether to participate in dispute resolution at our sole discretion.
If you are involved in a dispute, Globalinkin Sources may investigate the matter by contacting you via telephone or email and notify the opposing party of the findings. You are obligated to provide requested information within the specified timeframe and cooperate with our investigation. Failure to do so may result in Globalinkin Sources making a unilateral determination adverse to you regarding the validity of the complaint or claim.
You acknowledge that Globalinkin Sources is not a professional judicial institution. We will evaluate evidence based on general public knowledge and cannot guarantee that our decision will meet your expectations. We shall not be liable for the outcome of any dispute resolution. If you disagree with our decision, you may pursue other legal remedies but must comply with our decision until a final judgment is rendered through alternative dispute resolution procedures. If the final judgment contradicts our decision, you agree to indemnify Globalinkin Sources for any resulting losses.
Globalinkin Sources respects and protects intellectual property rights and prohibits the posting or dissemination of infringing content. You shall bear full legal responsibility for any infringement committed through the platform. Globalinkin Sources reserves the right to take punitive measures against infringing users.
Uploading or posting content (text, images, videos, audio, etc.) on Globalinkin Sources does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other related rights. By providing such content, you grant Globalinkin Sources an irrevocable, non-exclusive, and global license to use, store, reproduce, modify, edit, publish, display, translate, distribute, create derivative works, incorporate into other works (in any known or future-developed form, medium, or technology), sublicense, and pursue legal action against third-party infringement in our own name, to the extent permitted by law.
All content on Globalinkin Sources (including but not limited to text, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, software, webpage designs, and trademarks) — whether explicitly marked or not — is the property of Focus Tech. or the respective information providers and is protected by Chinese and international copyright laws. This includes compiled, organized, and formatted content, as well as all platform systems and software. Without prior written consent from Focus Tech., no individual or entity may copy, reproduce, quote, link, scrape, or otherwise use such content in whole or in part. Focus Tech. reserves the right to pursue legal action for any unauthorized use.
Globalinkin Sources shall not be liable for breaches of contract resulting from service disruptions, defects, delays, or content changes caused by force majeure. We will take reasonable measures to minimize potential damages to you in such events, including:(1) Natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, or court orders;(2) Network disruptions due to power outages, internet characteristics (e.g., hacker attacks, system failures), telecommunications technical adjustments, or government-mandated shutdowns;(3) Scheduled or emergency equipment/system maintenance, equipment failures, or network/data security incidents.
This Agreement (including its formation, amendment, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution) shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In the absence of specific legal provisions, international business practices and industry customs shall apply.
If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or Globalinkin Sources’ services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and Focus Tech. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court where Focus Tech. is located for litigation.
