This machine is mainly use for Vacuuming, Filling and packaging for all kinds of food, cheese, sausage, pickles, meat, seafood, fruit jam, chilled meat, pharmaceutical products, metal parts, medical equipment etc. There is no need making the package container in advance, it can stretch the film and thermoforming, filling materials, vacuum sealing, cutting at the same time with convenient, low energy consumption, short cycle, high efficiency.

Main Features

1)The mold is of more reasonable design -upper and lower part is separated , high strength , corrosion resistance and convenient for assembly and disassembly.

2) Pcking machine frame is of aluminum alloy seactions ,one-step molding with high strength , corrosion resistance and seldom deformation .

3) Waste recycling system is equipped with torque adjustable motor , the scrap recycling process is more cleaner quieter and convenient.

4) The machine is equipped with electric protection to prevent default/anti phase , high/low voltage or electric leakage .Safety switch and protection cover are installed in molding chamber ,heat sealing chamber and cross /longitudinal cutting knife ,if there's any fault , the machine will be stopped automatically and the fault reason would be displayed.
