The RT-C300 Drilling and Tapping Machining Center is capable of performing milling, drilling, tapping, boring and other processes. Featuring fast movement speed, high spindle speed and excellent machining efficiency, it is an ideal processing equipment for industries such as 3C, communications, and auto parts.
Machine Features:
- The machine adopts a design method optimized by FEM (Finite Element Method) simulation, which comprehensively enhances the overall rigidity and improves the dynamic performance of the machine. It boasts a compact overall structure, large working area, small floor space and high space utilization rate.
- The spindle and motor adopt a direct-drive design, effectively controlling noise, backlash, vibration and other factors to achieve high-quality tapping results.
- Key components of the machine are made of high-strength inoculated cast iron with resin sand molding, followed by double annealing treatment, ensuring high rigidity and stability of the structure.
- Equipped with a 16121T swash plate tool magazine, the tool change time is only 1.9 seconds.
